Pyroxene is a collective effort to create an open-ended game engine environment that will be the basis for many projects in the works. Based on the Dark3 engine i’ve been working on, i’ve worked a great deal of advanced features into the newest incarnation, opting to give it a new designation based on Bowen’s reaction series. So far, there is:

  • Quartzite Scripting Environment: Based on the excellent BRISK vm toolchain, Quartzite ¬†allows host level access to all variables and functions, along with an advanced scheduler and debugging suite for optimizing task processing and making sure everything is in check.
